Research Achievements:

Bass. Member of the Chinese Musicians Association, Director of the China Vocalists Association, Vice Chairman of the Nanchang Musicians Association, Director of the 9th Jiangxi Federation of Social Science Circles, and Executive Vice President of the Jiangxi Traditional Culture Research Association. Member of the Academic Committee and Professor Committee of the School of Arts. Studied under Professor Wang Zhen at Xi'an Conservatory of Music, American baritone He Leiming, and Chinese-American bass Professor Gong Dongjian. In September 2016, selected for the Ministry of Education's "Key Teachers Training Plan for Colleges and Universities in Central and Western China" and visited the Voice and Opera Department of the Central Conservatory of Music to study under Doctoral Supervisor Professor Peng Kangliang. Held the "Red Earth Fragrance — Wan Zhiwen Bass Solo Concert" at the Concert Hall of the Central Conservatory of Music in 2017.

Awarded the titles of "Excellent Party Worker" and "Excellent Communist Party Member" by the Party Committee of Nanchang University multiple times. Selected for the first batch of "Double Leaders" Party Branch Secretary Training List of Nanchang University in 2020.

Won a prize in the Central-South Division of the Verdi International Vocal Music Competition in 2010. Won the First Prize in the 2nd Jiangxi Provincial Young Teacher Vocal Music Competition in July 2013. Won the Bronze Award at the International Vocal Competition Tokyo in May 2019. Directed the first opera in Jiangxi universities, Daughter of the Party, in 2021, which won the Second Prize of "One University One Play" in Jiangxi Province. Played a leading role (Company Commander Shao Yisheng) in Nanchang University's original five-act opera Youth Shines on the Journey in 2025.

Awarded the "Excellent Instructor" title at the 8th Peacock Cup National Higher Education Vocal Music Showcase and the 10th National Higher Education Opera Showcase.

Personal Honors: Awarded the title of "National Excellent Teacher" by the China Deyi Shuangxin Organizing Committee in 2010. Featured in an exclusive interview by China Artist magazine and honored as a Popular Artist in China Pictorial.

Invited to serve as a Judge for the Concorso Internazionale di Canto "Teresa Belloc" in April 2015. Invited to serve as a Judge for the Renato Bruson International Singing Competition in November 2017.

Presided over 3 art planning projects and participated in 5 provincial-level and industry-sponsored (horizontal) projects. Published over 10 papers in CSSCI and Peking University Core journals.

Published 2 monographs: Research on Appreciation of Schubert's Art Songs and Research on Vocal Performance Art and Vocal Pedagogy. Co-edited 4 textbooks, including Collection of Chinese Art Songs and Collection of Mozart Baritone and Bass Opera Arias.
