Research Achievements: Deeply engaged in the fields of digital art and visual design, upholding the philosophy of “teaching benefits teachers and students alike” and “integration of industry, academia, and research”. Integrates commercial practical operations, original insights, and cross-disciplinary technical capabilities into talent cultivation.
Focuses on VR technology and industry-education integration. Participates in the operational management of the VR Digital Industry-Education Integration Laboratory at the School of Arts, Nanchang University. Leads the “Cloud Tour NCU” VR project and the “VR Simulation Education System” project. Promotes the integration of VR technology with digital art courses using the laboratory as a carrier to cultivate versatile talents.
Possesses rich experience in commercial animation and game CG. Participated in the core visual creation of the theatrical film Bilal (a contender for the 89th Academy Awards). Participated in the production of cutscene CG for Tencent’s Asura (Dou Zhan Shen) and NetEase’s Legend of Tibet (Zang Di Chuan Qi). Transforms practical experience into teaching materials.
Guided the student work Ni Zhi to win the Gold Award at the Jiangxi Animation Short Film Competition. Personal work Sky Factory won the Excellence Award at the Provincial Young Artists Exhibition. Personal work Entrance won the First Prize at the Provincial Artists Biennale. Relying on cross-field accumulation and guided by “people-oriented education”, links enterprises to feed back into teaching, forming a virtuous cycle to assist in discipline construction and high-quality talent cultivation.
